Vibewire.net have partnered up with our friends at Crumpler to bring you “Sacs Appeal”, an exhibition and fundraising auction of very cool, very exclusive and completely one-off artist-designed Crumpler bags.

We invited a bunch of artists to get creative and submit an original custom bag design to celebrate Crumpler’s new NSW custom bag store, which will be opening in Newtown in March. We’ve chosen our very most favourite (which was really hard!) to be stitched onto Crumpler canvas and featured in our exhibition, both online and live in an art gallery, giving all of us an excuse to get off our computers.

Some of the bags will be auctioned off online from March 20-April 2 but others will only be offered in the live auction on Friday March 29 at Sydney Arts Space from 6-9pm, where all the bags will be exhibited on the walls.

And even better, all proceeds are coming back to Vibewire Inc to help us to continue to promote youth community participation through arts and media! We love that. And we love custom bags and Crumpler and we’re sure you do to. So give yourself a chance to score one of these titillating totes and come along on the night or join the bidding online. The latter option is especially good if you don’t live in Sydney. We didn’t want you to miss out.
